This beginner's class is offered in both Fall and Spring. It meets every other day for a quarter. We start with the basics of food and kitchen safety, measuring and cooking techniques. We will prepare a variety of cookies, muffins, breakfast items and simple entrees.

The students will compile recipes in a cookbook throughout the quarter.
