This class meets every other day for a quarter. Starting with a review of kitchen safety and cooking basics, we move into a variety of foods, such as homemade pasta, soups and desserts. The students will compile a cookbook from the recipes, as well as several of their own favorites. We also learn about modifying recipes for quantity and ingredient substitutions.
