This quarter class is offered in the fall and spring and meets every other day. We start off with cookies, muffins and scones, then learn to master cakes and yeast breads, such as the ever-popular foccacia!

The students will compile the recipes in a cookbook throughout the quarter. In addition, they will begin to collect additional baking recipes to add to their cookbook.
